Tonimer Panthexyl Baby Nasal Spray is a sterile hypertonic sea water solution with xylitol that removes and loosens mucus in the nasal passages.

This sterile hypertonic solution (800 mOsm) combines sea water with xylitol to help clear and thin mucus from the nasal passages. It is intended for newborns, infants, and children at the first signs of a cold (nasopharyngitis) or sinusitis, as a preventive measure for middle ear infections, and for post-sinus surgery care.
Enriched with panthenol, the solution cleanses, protects, moisturizes, and soothes the nasal mucosa while improving breathing. The combination of sea water, xylitol, and panthenol promotes mucosal regeneration and enhances local immune defense.
Usage Instructions After removing the protective cap, children who are able to use the spray on their own can apply Tonimer in any position. Ideally, lean over a sink with the head tilted to one side. Insert the spray nozzle into the upper nostril and press the spray for at least 5 seconds. Repeat on the other nostril. For children who need adult assistance: Lay the child on their side, insert the nozzle into the upper nostril, and spray for at least 5 seconds. Then turn the child onto the other side and repeat in the opposite nostril. After each use, wipe and dry the nozzle, and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency of Use
Infants aged 0–3 months: 1–2 times daily for 15 days, or as advised by a physician.
Infants and children older than 3 months: 3–4 times daily for 15 days, or as advised by a physician.
